CScintillaCtrl, CScintillaView & CScintillaDoc v1.36

Just to let everyone know that v1.36 of CScintillaCtrl, CScintillaView & CScintillaDoc has been released. Updates for this version include:

• Verified class against Scintilla v3.6.6. As no new messages were introduced between v3.6.3 and v3.6.6 no changes were required in the code.
• Removed the bDirect parameter from all the method calls and instead replaced this functionality with a new pair of getter / setter methods called GetCallDirect and SetCallDirect. Thanks to Chad Marlow for prompting this update.
